My Professional Background

I am a results-driven federal acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience leading teams and managing complex projects, programs, and portfolios. I recently departed the General Services Administration, where I served as a Program Division Director in the Office of Assisted Acquisition Services. There, I led a division of ten acquisition professionals responsible for $1.3B in contract value, including Small Business Innovation Research Phase III awards, and oversaw the ASTRO multiple-award IDIQ Program Management Office.

Before my leadership roles as senior program manager at GSA, I served as an Acquisition Program Manager with the US Space Force, where I managed a portfolio of programs, including the Space Weather Analysis and Forecast System. My earlier career includes positions as a Technical Project Manager at Charles Schwab, various Small Business roles at Capital One Financial, and a military career as an Army officer with assignments ranging from the 101st Airborne Division and 1st Infantry Division to the Pentagon.

I hold a Master of Arts degree from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. My professional credentials include FAC-P/PM Level III and FAC-COR Level III certifications, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner designations, along with multiple Scrum certifications.
